INFORMATION CONCERNING DATA PRIVACY, ACCORDING TO ARTICLE 13 OF ITALIAN LEGISLATIVE DECREE 196/2003
Pursuant to Article 13 of Italian Legislative Decree no. 196 of June 30, 2003 (law on protection of personal data) and any subsequent modifications, IMILLE s.r.l is required, as data controller, to provide concerned subjects with the following information regarding the use of personal data.
NATURE OF DATA
The following information regards the use of personal data, intending with “personal data” both the so called “common” data and the “sensible” data. As “sensible data”, according to art. 4 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, we mean all the data revealing racial or ethnic origins, religious or philosophical beliefs, political opinions, support for Parties, Syndicates or religious, philosophical, political, union societies or organisations, and moreover personal data regarding a person’s health or sexual attitude.
Gathered information includes User’s e-mail, age and sex.
Providing such data is mandatory to take part to the game.
Some information that the User optionally provides may reveal his beliefs about philosophical or other matters.
Providing such data is optional and its use implies the User’s specific acceptance.
Moreover, some non-personal information, such as the version of the browser used (Netscape, Internet Explorer, ecc.) by the User, his operating system (Windows, Mac OS, ecc…), the IP of the PC used, may be gathered.
SOURCE OF PERSONAL DATA
Personal data is specifically given by the User, filling out the registration form on the "Pixaboy" web site.
INFORMATION ABOUT USE OF DATA COLLECTED
The use of personal data is carried out for aims and purposes related and finalized to the game requested by the User, as well as for commercial information.
Concerning the mentioned uses, the processing of personal data by IMILLE s.r.l. is carried out with manual, information and data transmission tools in accordance to the stated purposes, and so as to ensure the security and the discretion of personal data. Preservation and storage of personal data is accomplished by using both electronic, information tools and paper archives.
The gathered information won’t be distributed to other parties.
USER’S RIGHTS
The User has the right, according to art. 7 of Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003, to obtain: a) confirmation of the existence of personal data and information regarding him/her, b) purposes and aims of data treatment, c) the logic followed in the data treatment, d) updating, correction or cancellation of data.
The User may oppose to data treatment by writing to privacy@imille.it.
